I am weak! First of all, Elegante is a HAM! They ARE very rude and they did charge me extra as well before they had posted signs saying that naturals got charged more. They will even charge you even more if you are relaxed and strectching. This one girl was a stretcher and was pissed because they charged her extra as well. They never smile or are welcoming, and act like you are bothering them. Oh, and the fact that they always tried to comb out my natural wet kinky head from root to tip (makes me steamin mad everytime I think about it)... Everytime I've had to stop them and do it myself. Like suriously, how u gone just rip my hair out like that and be fine with it??? Needless to say, I hadn't gone back to EITHER of their locations... I'm from Hampton Roads, my hometown. Now I'm in Northern VA,DC, MD so I've found some really great Dominicans here.... Glad you had great results though! Hair is pretty and so are you!

Did you go from wet to the blow dryer or did she put you under the dryer first? sorry for all the question, just want to know exactly what i have to request next time i go to the dominicans lol
