For those of you who have type 4a/b hair, which one of these conditioners would you rate the best?

It depends on it's use...Motions CPR is good for stopping or slowing down breakage but not for moisture for me. I have not used Miss Key 10 in 1. Oh wait I did use 10 in 1 back in the day when I was relaxed....it was okay...it didn't do much in terms of moisture. My hair is very dry.

you should add a poll, it will be easier for you to read your results. i would choose miss keys over motions cpr, cause the cpr was drying and left my hair hard. miss keys doesnt moisturize my hair enough unless i add a oil. i have 4b hair (but im relaxed) and for moisture i would recommend keracare. or if you want inexpensive go with the olive oil organic root stimulator deep replenishing.

Misss Keys 10 en 1!!! I  this it makes my natural 4ab so silky :yep: Having said that I haven't used the others...

I love Miss Keys 10 en 1. it's great!!! But I'm still looking for the next best thing (if it exist)...

I don't know the answer to this, as I've never tried Miss Keys, but I had to say Southern Tease your hair is gorgeous in you signature and you are making amazing progress. I am going to go and look at your regimen again, because I don't think that I've grown that much in the three months or so that I have been taking care of my hair.

I haven't tried the others but I've been using miss key 10 en 1 as a weekly deep conditioner since the beginning of the year and it really helps me with my stretches which are typically 16 - 18 weeks. No matter how much new growth I have, I slap that on and deep condition then combing through under the shower becomes a breeze.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have to learn how to add one. I'll look into that very soon.

Thanks for your response ladies. I will have to add Miss Keys 10 en 1 on my list after I use my current conditioners.

More comments are welcome . . .

Miss Keys 10 en 1 has been my staple for the past year.....I believe it's the reason I went from ear length to shoulder lenghth in a year.

Well, my hair does grow 1/2" per month.
That's the average...
Nothing extraordinary.
