Miss Jessie's Hair Products...Which One Do You Use?

I would like to try one of Miss Jessie's products for my daughter's hair, (she's 2 1/2 years-old; she's pictured below) but I am not sure which one to try yet. Which one did you use? And what did it do for your hair?

My daughter (not sure of her hair type; maybe you can tell me how I can figure that out as well) has thick, but curly hair. I am currently using Dudley's PCA Retainer to maintain that wet, pretty curly look; then I seal with the Creme Press. But I want something with more moisture in it. And something more natural; that will last longer, and have less build up. By the way, how does these products smell, is it so bad, that they had to come up with an unscented version?

I checked their website, and I am not sure which one I should use. So, please help me out. Also, has anyone tried the Rapid Recovery Treatment? Is it good (or worth the money)?

Thanks a lot

I use the Buttercreme and the Meringue. This was the first time I tried it. I tried the Curly Pudding over the summer and didn't like it. I've also tried the Rapid Recovery and liked it but I wouldn't buy it again. I think you can find better products for less money though.

I've used everything except the recovery. My key product is the Curly Meringue and Curly buttercreme because I wear my hair big. I like the baby buttercreme for flat do's ie:up do's, ponytails.

The baby buttercreme is very good for moisture and pretty edges for the kids. The curly buttercreme is to much for kids in my opinion.

The meringue has different effects on my hair in regards to different curl patterns. It really depends on how much I apply and what type of curl pattern I am trying to achieve.

Curly pudding is just ok for my hair.

I hope this helps.

I found the same thing. I got good soft braidouts from the Meringue and Buttercreme. The CP made my hair look like a cotton ball.

I use the baby buttercreme for over all moisture. I don't have any issues unless I use too much (greasy). The scent of the curly buttercreme was too strong wen I sampled it.

Thanks ladies...Bemoreflyygirl, what products would you recommend. I know with some things you do get what you pay for, but with hair products that is not always the case.

(I added Motions Anti-breakage hair lotion to my daughter's curls today, and it made them last all day, and it looked really curly. It has mineral oil in it, so it made her hair look kinky. But then I finished off with the PCA Retainer, and it turned curly again).
