Do you know of miserable people in relationships who "throw shade" on any budding romance you may or may not have? I am generally a private person so I don't share too many details about my life with random people but, sometimes I'm like who asked for your opinion or advice?

I know married people who are so unhappily married they are now my cautionary tales in my mind. I mean people who say don't ever get married or have kids and I'm because I'm like didn't you do it?

Do you know of any miserable people who instead of making you say forget them, you are like do you need a hug? What Kang did you wrong?

Giiiiirl. YES. Sometimes I wanna say who made you bitter like this??? Or wonder if their jealous because you're happy. And sometimes its tough because you want to listen to your more seasoned friends and their advice since they've been there...but I just wanna be like 'just cuz Marcus did you like that doesn't mean you know ALL men'. Or when they come with the unsolicited advice. I just wanna superman fist them through the wall.

Yes, I want to scream at them just because you chose losers don't mean I will. Like why would I take advice from you when you got married for the wrong reasons.

I know where you ladies are coming from, but I also have to admit that those that tried to give me a heads up usually turned out to be right. Always check motive. Always. With that being said, don't shut out advice when someone is trying to impart wisdom.

I always pay attention but some people get the side eye from me. This lady who is married with children tells me all the time never to get married or have children and I'm always like :huh, why?: She say's I remind her or her, she throws lots of shade my way. It doesn't necessarily bother me because I know she's unhappy but sometimes I like STFU, and then I say it sometimes knowing darn well I was raised better but I'm like, trust I won't marry a KANG like your husband.
