i dunno if it grows hair faster but it grows hair EVERYWHERE on your face! Yikes, i was looking like a warewolf! i suddenly grew baby hair and my forehead looked shorter cause i had new hair in the hairline, lol. A mess, i tell you! A mess! But who know i'm already hairy.........lol
anyways, all that hair disappeared after i stopped so i don't know how that's gonna work if you only want to get faster growth BUT this was MY experience.

I stopped using it because It dried the hell out of my hair! Never saw any growth from it even after using it for 3 months. I might start using it again since I have a steamer now...

^ Omg, are these people letting the solution drip down to their faces? Or by just applying it to your scalp you're getting hair on your face?

It has 2% of Minoxidil in it. I pulled up some old threads and the consensus looks like it is more harmful than beneficial in the long run. Also, it seems like people with balding issues are using this more as opposed to those who just want to increase their growth rate. I'll stick to my MT, vits, and JBCO for now...
