Hey ladies! I'll keep this one short & sweet.

Here is a pic of my hair. I haven't used heat since December *gasp* so I'm gearing up to flatiron next week and post a wealth of progress pics.

Until then, I just wanted to provide a little teaser. Here is my hair in its natural state as of May '13

WoW, great progress. I def need to stop using heat. I usually use heat once a month. How do you get over the urge not to flat iron to check ur progress?

LOL! girl, you're better than me...I was known to flat iron every time I washed which was about every 2 weeks. Honestly, the urge never left, it just became subordinate to my desire to reach longer lengths and grow stronger hair.

Also, I try not to think about heat too much so I don't end up like this...
