Mild or Normal Affirm Relaxer?

Do you 4a/b ladies use the mild affirm or the normal? Thanks for any suggestions you can give.

I have thick 4b hair and use regular in Fibergaurd. Mild is to weak in strength for my hair.

Affirm mild for me! You'd be surprised how effective it is on coarse, thick hair. I heard that Fiberguard is really good and thought about trying it. But I've never had any problems with Affirm, so I figured when it comes to relaxers, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
