Thanks guys, I was conditioner washing everyday and using MGT 2 times a week. This was from july to september. Because of the cool weather I started using MGT,surge and infusium at night with a shower cap. I read here that someone said poke holes in the cap so that your hair doesn't get too wet. It worked wonders for me. I get up in the morning and just take off the bag and unbraid the cornrows and put a phoney pony on. I only wash on Saturday. I have noticed major growth this month. I comb and bush my hair and there is very little shedding. My hair texture is softer and not as coiled.

Thanks, I have been riding that ponie lately. I have to get a 9th and 6th grader off to school and then I spend my day with 22 first graders. I am also finishing up some courses so I have very little time to do my hair.
