Write and thank them for sending you an extra bottle. Tell them you plan to keep ordering from them. Tell them that you consider this a bonus bottle, how generous of them, and as a result you will be referring all your friends.

When stuff like that happens to me..I always think I need the favor of the Lord more than I need this $5 or this $20 dollars. It's like the devil is always trying to set me up especially at the grocery store.

You know they forget to ring up your socks or the soap etc. I'm all up in your face like ugh you forgot this..make sure you get the soap at the bottom of the cart.

This is totally different. IMHO i when you put something on your cart your intentions are to pay for it. When something is mailed to you by the company error I would keep it... esp if I am a customer... buy one get one free...

and what are they going to do w/ it sell it someone else for $30 plus shipping?? When you deserve a free one... SHOOT for how many bottles and galloons we buy of this stuff one of us deserve a free bottle
