Mega Tek or Ovations

I am a newbie here and I am trying to decide whether I want to purchase the Mega or the Ovations.I just had two babies back to back so my hair is almost waist length,but as we know, at the three month mark the hair starts to shed.Little man is 8 weeks,so the time is fast approaching.I am taking garlic, GNC hair vitamins and MSM and now I need to work on the outside.So ladies,Ineed some help.Mega or Ovations?HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not really stressing the length,I am worried about keeping it on my head and thick.Any suggestions?erplexed

Mega Tek is thickness then length and Ovation is lenght then thickness. I would go with Mega Tek its cheaper and it works!

The thing is , that these products can possibly cause temporary increased shedding too

Take your EFA's to keep your hormones more leveled out to help you get through the hormonal changes that cause the post partum shedding

Read up on them when you can , they have so many benefits and thats why they call them Essential because our body needs them and cant make them on its own. You wont go wrong PERIOD with supplementing this. they are well known for many things, including helping regulate hormones
