Let me ask y'all opinion do you guys think my daughter (10 yrs) is too young for twist with extentions. I am currently learning to do them on my hair and once i get it down i thought this might me another method of helping our hair grow and since she has to same regimne as me and her hair seems to be doing alot better than mine (speed in growth), I just thought she could flourish from this as well

What do you guys think?

Congratulation for you and your daughter IMHO it is a good idea to try twist with extensions with her, you take good care of her hair so it wouldn't be a probem and I don't think it is only a style for adults:yep:

Thanks Soun for your response...I will try it on me a couple more times before I try her

It's totally your decision. I don't think it would damage her, but you'd have to decide if you felt the style was appropriate for her. She's a cutie!

I think it's perfectly fine. Recovering from a horrible relaxer expeirence, I got braid-extensions in the 6th grade...they were great, because not only did they help my hair grow, they also allowed me to feel pretty while my hair was in a not so pretty stage.

From the back I really can't tell you guys apart:drunk:-Nice hair! I think the twists(kinky) are a cute tween style. The kids I've seen with them look age appropriate.

i didn't want to use the kinky hair i was thinking more of Kan( the other one that starts with "k") will that be too much

I'm not sure. I haven't seen the twists with kanekalon on children YET, but they may have some styles in braid books on online to look at. What about that braid site for kids that was posted on here? Did you see any similiar styles there?

I think those were all cornrolls styles. I will have to show you what mine looks like...so far i think i have a couple more hours left bfore i'm down. i started at 7pm and it is now 12:35 and i'm on the crown portion....well let me go finish.
