MD.Ladies/Carmen for Dominican Blowouts?

There was a thread a while back and someone posted a picture that I believe was them 8 months? post relaxer and it looked BEAUTIFUL!! I wish I could remember who it was. But, I think she said that Carmen is the one that she goes to. Whoever it was or any of you other ladies who go to Carmen, would someone mind giving me her contact information? I'd like to get a Dominican blowout in the future and she seems to get the most raves for this area. TIA!

I know that JenniferMD has a pic in her album of 9 months post relaxer and the result from a blowout.

Check the salon review thread and look at Ms_K's guide to dominican salons, I think the contact info is in there.
