I loved the way it works and I got a better view cause I did my mom's hair with it and it does just what it says. she washed and cond her hair let it dry in a couple of braids then I put some Frizz eaze extra strength on each 2" section did steam and it straightened her hair with one pass, no lie. It's hott outside 95 degress Faranheit and her hair is a little pouffy, but still straight the curls have not come back all day. I likey.
