Maxiglide is the Truth!

Does Maxiglide get to the roots? or should it only be used on relaxed hair? right now im natural and would like to go straight hair for a break. I have all natural hair straight from Africa:lachen:

DSylla....I dont use any heat either. But since I am taking a trip this weekend to visit my family I wan't to be free of the bun. I will be back to Bun come Monday. giggles.

CreoleBelle.....I didnt know Linen N Things sold them also. I know someone will benefit from the code. I know the iron was worth every penny. It really is a great flat iron.

You are too funny shalita05. I was able to get to my roots. I know a few natural ladies here use it.

WOw i think i want one! thanks for 411 Lhcf ladies are the best! gave me confidence to take control of my own hair.;)

If I can do it, I know anyone else can. You will do fine. :)

I just wanted to say that I love my Maxiglide too! It's funny that i really didn't believe the infomercial at all. But when the ladies here started raving about it I just had to give it a try! I'm sooo glad that I did!:)

Great results Letitia, very pretty. Maxiglide has been the best thing I've bought for my hair. I was contemplating relaxing my hair again until i found this thing so it's my saviour. It's true that you don't have to close the iron tight, the steam does most of the straightening and I've never had any problem w/ the pins, they make my ends super straight.

i want oneeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I can't wait to get my school refund money next week!!! I'm going shopping, and Maxi Glide will definitely be on my list...I just hope that those little pins don't turn me off.

TSU...I forgot to say they send you a plate so you can use the pins or take them off and use a smooth plate.

Thanks Pokahontas. You review on the Maxiglide vs Chi Thread is one of the reason I went ahead and ordered this iron!! Thanks.

That is exactly what happened to me. I didnt believe that infomercial for a hot minute! But I trusted the reviews here.

Oh, I haven't used my steam on mine yet. I will try that next time.

Hey TSU. They do have them at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I saw them at the Poplar store too. It's a good time to use your 20% off coupon they send in the mail ALL the time. I got mine at Amazon because I didn't know BB&B carried them.

That's where I got mine.
