Max. Length in A short time what you did?

I need to know what everyone has done to get their maximum length in the shortest time. Ok I want to have some hair for my boyfriend's college graduation coming up May 14. His mother has invited everyone she has known so you know I have to be the bomb (so I can be his arm candy)!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say...keep your hair in protective styles as much as possible so you can maintain the most length. Keep your ends moisturized and manipulate as little as possible. Your will be the bomb no matter how much growth you get!

I agree with Cincysweetie and I'll add daily exercise will speed up the process.

The fastest growth spurt I ever got was when I exercised daily and ate lots of protein. Good luck in getting your fast growth- you can do it

I totally agree, don't set yourself up for disappointment. May is right around the corner, growth takes time, no matter what methods you use

Ditto! The same combination really worked for me as well.

Even if May is around the corner I would give it a shot!

I am trying to get back there that was almost two years ago and since then I let some foooooooooooool put some color in my hair and she broke it off (The Purple Door in Atlanta, GA) Haven't been back since!! But I think I just need two more inches and I will be set!!!!!!!

Maximum growth occured for me the past 3 months by using Nioxin smoother leave in with my rollerset. I gained about 3+ inches. No joke. hair will be hard to handle between those touch ups, but the newgrowth will be there.

Nothing......yes seriously nothing. i stopped combing my hair 2 -3 times per day and I layed off the brush. No manipulation did it for me.

You're welcome. I just read your thread and made a post in it!

Anyway, to answer your initial question... I got the max length in a short time by keeping my hair moisturized with S-Curl and in a bun during the summer which protected the ends from breaking off. I wasn't consistent or anything as far as washing my hair. I was also using Surge Plus 14 back then but I'm not sure if that helped with growth or not. And another thing that helped was Super B-Complex.
So when I let my hair down for the first time after a month or so, my hair was considerably longer...bottom-of-neck length to a little-bit-pass-shoulder length. Not sure how much long because I don't measure my hair.

You and me both. I want some hair for graduation in May. I just got individual braids and I am Surging twice a day. I would really like to see a healthy inch or two. Would it be overkill to combine Nioxin with Surge?
