I have yet to purchase one, but plan on doing so very soon. The ones on that site you posted have some that I have never seen before.

It works good for me. What site are you going to purchase yours from?

Probably from the same site, I like how those massagers are battery-operated. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Jellynote,
How do you use this when you have a head full of thick newgrowth? Do you actually brush your hair (pulling the brush through the newgrowth)? /images/graemlins/shocked.gif Or, do you just let the tips of the brush touch your scalp while the vibrations are being sent to the root? TIA /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I don't think you're using the messagers like brushes. Basically, you put the message in one place and gently move it in small circular motions. Then, pick it up from your head and place it at another location. If your drag it through your hair, especially your new growth, it might snag your hair causing breakage. Here's a link that might help you out How to give yourself a scalp message.

Thanks for the link but I already know how to do the scalp massages they're referring to. I do them quite frequently. My question was how she used the electronic massage brush to massage her scalp. Refering to the type of brushes given in jellynote's link, even moving it around in small circular motions would rip out my kinky newgrowth. I would probably let the vibrations come through the brush to my roots w/o moving the brush at all...doing sections at a time.

I do it in sections and very gentle brush my hair. That's what works for me. I use Pantene's Light leave in to tame my newgrowth and Surge.
