I bought more nature's bounty Hair, Skin, and Nail vitamin gummies as I finished the first bottle. I don't have the slightest clue if they are actually doing anything. They have 833% biotin in them. I just know they are cheap, don't break me out and tasty good. Lol.

Have you tried the elastic ties yet? I have mines in my hair right now. I like it. No snags or pulls. Plus I like my pony tails to have relaxed comfort. This provides that for me.
