You might remember from last year the story that broke regarding the undercover investigation into Planned Parenthood and its selling of baby parts--and how the pro-abortionists responded by trying to punish the lead investigator, David Daileden. Well, it looks like a judge has thrown out the bogus charges that he did anything illegal (by conducting his investigation) and he is vindicated.
