I have my update pics posted here:

I am sending you all an open invitation to like the page and post anytime you would like or correct me when I am wrong. I realize that there are so many of us that still don't understand or believe on the things we as women of color can achieve. So I want to share more knowledge and help more people start believing in themselves with the proper hair care. I will also be focusing on diet and exercise for those of you who has been requesting my working and diet routines.

Thanks for the tag. I enjoy the idea of the fb page with workout tips. Right now i need to get motivated to even start working out again. I have not been at the gym in over a year. I gained 17 lbs, and i feel so defeated. Let's not even talk about my diet. Did i mention i've gained 17 lbs?

ronie Your welcome, I am here to help...I working on gym tips and will focus on the gym and diet this coming week. When I get a chance I will actually have someone video the routine I go through at the gym to help give everyone an idea. Don't Worry and get frustrated over just 17 lbs. We will get rid of that....I actually need to gain 10 lbs. so give me 10 of yours then you will only have 7 lbs. to loose. Only if things could really work like that.:lachen: I over did my aerobics and lost too much. I am working on gaining at the moment but will still encourage everyone that needs to lose and tone up.
