Making Decisions

Ladies I need some advice. I have two make a decision between two things and I'm torn. I want to make sure I'm in the will of God for my life. So how do make the right decision, and making sure you are hearing God's voice correctly?

Ok let make sure Im understanding your question are you wanting to know do you know if your on one accord with God about the choices you make?

If so then if its a choice that there is a clear Godly answer and a clear worldly answer than I know you know what to do..ie having sex before marriage or shacking.

But on matters of jobs,lifestyle habits then it time to mediate,study your bible and fast to clear out anything the will distract you from God's voice.I know for me going back to school after I just graduated in May I had to listen to God by moving out junk of my heart..Heck even changing my career desire..before I wanted to be a big shot attorney who had lots of money but now Im going for Human Resource Management.It was hard but I had to listen to God and now things are flowing..

Yep coco thats right, I heard a message this morning that talked about making decisions and you just gave me confirmation on what I thought I should be doing....its way to noisy in my head and heart right now.

Yes the devil loves to make a lot of noise so we will just make a choice to be making one..this only makes it harder bc then we will have to eventually do what we were suppose to do the first time...ie God told you to medical school but you just become a medical assistant..you will eventually be nudged by God to do what he told you to do..im learning this slowly..since im very stubborn..Just keep praying praising God and do what you know would be right...

Im starting see God in ways I didnt think I could ever image because of this board..I know that I may never get to hug and love on ppl in person but I will try through the computer

That's it right there...when you focus on God he will meet you with answers. We as believers have a right and should expect to hear from God. It should be a regular occurrence. Here are 2 prayers from a book I like. One is for mind clarity. The other to hear God's voice clearly.

Prayer for Mind Cleansing & Clarity​
