How long were you on the other vitamins? You really do have to give yourself a good consistent3-4 months on each before ruling it out completely.

Good Luck with this one though, keep us posted on your progress.

I never heard of that, but it sounds really good. How much was it? *look at me being a vitamin PJ* I think I already have enough vitamins, but keep us posted. I might switch.

It's a little low on the Biotin that is the most effective hair growing vitamin from what I've studied. It sounds like a great vitamin, I would supplement with a biotin supplement also.... IMHO

I agree with AJ, take some additional biotin if you are planning to use these vitamins:)

I've tried this a looong time ago. I barely got through one bottle because the pills were huge . I like capsules better and I couldn't swallow so many a day. In fact I still have my bottle left. I have talked to the owner (Jeanine I think) before and she has beautiful blond, past waistlength hair. She also says she bleaches her hair and this has kept her hair healthy and growing. I also asked her if she had AA clientele and she said yes. Her accountant is AA and her hair is to her waist. She's such a nice lady.

:weird: Good luck! Personally I think you should go on a detox before trying new vitamins. Also, you will probably not see really fast growth, as it is nearing the Winter Solistice... our hair grows much slower around this time.

Maybe eating foods with high amounts of sulphur (vitamin B junk) could help out your hair too. As stated above, maybe another vitamin wouldn't hurt.

Let me send you a PM. Keep us posted of your progress on this thread.

I am currently on dr natura detox and toxinout. the pills cost 20 dollars. Yes I did buy additional biotin. I bought now foods 5000 mg, vcaps formula. I think this lady tried to put everything in one vitamin.
