Thanks, maybe I will do that and pray she doesnt get annoyed ...I'm sure she has had to answer this question a million times. I just cant seem to find them though.

I know on her fotki she gives the advice of leaving your hair alone and not manipulating it so much.

First check out her regimen. It's her "welcome," "about me," or "journal" section of her fotki, I just can't remember which part. It is very detailed too.

She is good with getting back with you if you write her on her fotki. But I would read her regimen first. Basically she prepoo, shampoo, deep condition, add leave-ins, airdry in braids, and flat iron every 2 weeks. She dusts every two weeks also, and she relaxes like every 14 weeks. She has a very simple regimen IMO.

i cant find it anymore either. i know she emphasized putting vaseline or oil on previously relaxed hair to prevent overprocessing.

Yeah, her regimen is in her journal section. She also used to post on BHM some maybe try and do a search over there also.

She used to have her regimen up, but she took it down. It was something to do with her recommending WGO, and WGO was either using her as advertising, or people Googling WGO would get her page popping up, it was something like that...

Anyway, she maintained WGO was not responsible for her growth and she had to stop using it anyway because her skin was allergic to it. Her regime is low manipulation, as Locks of Luv stated, washing every 2-3 weeks and not combing in between etc. HTH

She has lovely hair and is very nice. I"m always in her fotki. She's a member at BHM. I love how her hair is thick to the ends. I know she shampoo's every 2 weeks or more,no co-washes in-between, and has a very simple low manipulation regimen. I think she shampoo's in braids too

Hmmm, I used to wash in braids, two or four. Got that idea from Hairlove (I think it was her) a couple of years ago. I may go back to that.
