Wonderful progress OP. I started eating more protein again, around April. This time I have been eating eggs scrambled or boiled for brkfst, sardines packed in olive oil or pink wild salmon right out of the can for lunch. For dinner usually chicken, beans or local fish. I have lost weight and my hair and nails are growing well and my skin is clear. I also eat a ton of fruit and vegtables and more water.
