There is no reason why you should blow up like a cow just because you are on a high protein diet. If you get enough aerobic activity, lift weights and eat low glycemic carbs (think veggies and greens insted of bread/pasta/sweets), and you will definately LOOSE fat. Think Atkins, South Beach, and any other high protein/low carb diet.

Each serving is between 150 and 200 calories. I love seafood and protien shakes, I eat some chicken and very little beef and pork. But both beef and pork can be healthy if you stick to the correct portion and avoid gravy and other fatty sides/additions.
