I use the 2" or bigger rollers from Diane or Annie but they are thin and do not have that many holes. I was at a salon where I saw some that were thicker than the Diane and Annie ones and had a lot more holes -- therefore, my hair will dry faster. Does anyone know where I can buy good plastic rollers in NYC or on the web? TIA.

Sorry tryn2growmyhair, I haven't seen any of the magnetic rollers per say, but I did purchase some wire mesh rollers. They are excellent. Very similar to the magnetic ones, but with lots of air vents. The Diane brand have a softer mesh coating, while the Annie brand has a harder mesh coating. I preferably like the Annie brand best because it resembles the magnetic rollers (they are hard like magnetic rollers), but they dry the hair much faster. check out http://store.goldenmartbeautysupply.com/anwimeroju.html. They are excellent for any set and the drying time is incredible.

I have some black ones that are 2" in diameter with lots of holes. I believe the brand was Annie and I bought them at the BSS.
