I used it a year or two ago...here's a thread when I was posting under username LaNecia.

I didn't get a response from Nisim re: their refund policy and I simply forgot about it.

Would I give it a try again? If I had to use the shampoo. IF I could use the conditioner for daily CO Washing and forego buying the poo, I'd give it a solid try but at $11.00 each + shipping...I don't think so.

I use this sporadically. I got the best results when I was CO washing every day. It works, but not for me now since I am too busy to use it daily.
