So as I posted in my intro thread I am looking for coloring options to cover up some gray hair I have. A hairdresser I know recommended this as it' supposed to be less harsh and drying. Has anyone ever used, if so did it cover well? Did it lead to drying out your hair or any damage?

Thanks!

Thanks @ Prettymetty, yes I saw we basically co-posted! I ordered some amla/brahmi oil to see if I can find a natural remedy first but if that doesn't work I will give Ion a try.

I did a demi permanent for my mom.. using this brand. The color we used wad burgundy brown and it turned out gorgeous. I'm thinking of trying it on my own grays...

This is so funny... I just posted about this brand in your other thread. Ion has great reviews and it's easy to find (Sally's Beauty).

@HairPleezeGrow uses it with beautiful results.
Yes I really like ion a lot. For colors like purple or pinks I'd go with Adore. The color deposit is extremely nice and when the color fades its lovely. Anyway this is the ion I use
