Has anyone ever used food coloring to dye their hair? I'm looking for a temporary, gentle solution to dye a patch of my hair black. In short, I decided awhile back to give myself highlights. Now I have a weave with the front out. My color has grown out but about 2 inches of hair just doesn't match anything! I'm really on the verge of coloring it with a sharpee marker but I have a feeling that could have negative results...

Suggestions?

have you heard of Henna?
Check out a search and search Henna.

Natural henna seems a bit unpredictable with results. The other type of henna is a dye and i'm already texlaxed, colored and BKT'd. But thanks for the suggetions!

Bigen is a semi permanent hair color with no amonia or peroxide...its really safe and its a shiny looking color..not dull at all...you can even use it the same day u relax!
