Hi

I was surfing the web today and I came across this.
I just glanced at some of the pages and have not read it entirely yet.

It is a guide for hair and skin care;
Title: Hair and Skin Care for African American and Biracial Children

I thought some of you may want to look at it too.

I have no idea what is in this guide so take care that some recommendations may not be ones that you agree with... http://www.pacwcbt.pitt.edu/Curricu...nd Skin Care/Workbook/curriculum workbook.pdf

I remember somehow coming across that site when I was first on my quest for healthy hair. I thought it was good and helpful information but I liked all the info @ lhcf way more [ I was more concerned with the hair side lol than the skin info].

Good information! I saw that NP was one of the sources, too - Some of it sounded REALLY familiar. :lol:

They had some good tips, like avoiding sulfates, the importance of deep conditioning, and they even mentioned scalp massages!
