Long hair definitely enhances (or gives) beauty

Example- Kelly Rowland. She's always been a pretty girl,but with this new curly wig/weave, she looks stunning!! From posts on the Entertainment Board,some even feel that she's looking better that Bey. There wasn't this much rave about her with short hair at all.
Speaking from personal experience, I had a family member tell me when I was a teen that if I did not have my long hair, I would not be as cute. /images/graemlins/rofl.gif I certainly beg to differ /images/graemlins/laugh.gif Does anyone else feel that having long hair can make someone go from BLAH to BLADAM!!!

Oh a flip side- long hair can also make some people look not so cute, for example Nicole Ari Parker. I think she should stick to the short do. Some may not agree, but I also think Tony Braxton should have kept it on the low-low side,too.

I think the long, curly weave fits Halle. Personally, I think I look better with bigger (not necessarily longer) hair. Pump up the volume!

When I was in high school, my so called best friend at the time told me if it werent for my long hair, my nose and eyebrows I would be ugly! I was like, well dayum, I wouldnt be me. Now I realize she was just jealous. I had bra strap and probably past BSL back then with my press and curl. Not realizing what crown of glory I had, cause mom took care of it, I dread getting a relaxer.

I also dont think all people look good with long hair just as well some dont look good with short hair. you have to find something that compliments the shape of your face, IMO.

I think that it depends on the person. But, I do think that longer hair gets more attention, even if you dont look as nice with it.

it definitely makes you stand out more, alot of time if a someone is average long pretty hair will make them look more glamourous

It depends on the person. For example, my ma had a short old halle berry cut and it looked great on her. She just had the face for it. On the flip side my sister has a big nose (she look sa lot like mya) and short hair just makes her look really weird, but with long hair she's pretty.

As for me, I look decent in long or short hair as long as you can give me a bang or swoop or something to cover up my five-head /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Co-signing. Look at Alissa Milano... she's pretty but w/ short hair she looked FAB! Halle Berry, positively average looking with long hair. Large head, you need long hair.
