I like Giovanni Direct Leave-In as a moisturizer. I also like the Tea Tree Triple Treat Shampoo and Conditioner. I want to try the 50:50 conditioner.

i dont use any special prouducts for natural hair, just reg ole paul mitchell, nioxin, joico, nexxus, + tressemme products, maybe im wierd....

Some of my favorites include:

-Modern Organic Products Leave In Conditioner--it gives great moisture and slip.
-Nexxus Therapee and Humectress are a great shampoo/conditioner combo. You can also use the Humectress as a deep conditioner, which is even better with a bit of oil (you choose) and honey.
-Oyin Handmade's Greg Juice is a good spritz for after-shampoo moisture, or any time for a pick-me-up on twists or loose hair. It also detangles like a dream.
-Aubrey Organics GPB is a great protein deep-conditioner.
-Nexxus Phyto Organics Nectaresse is a great moisturizing deep conditioner. Again, add oil and honey for an even better hair treat.
-Aveda Sap Moss Nourishing Concentrate/Shampoo/Conditioner is a great 3-step regimen, as is Aveda's Remedy line.
-Avocado butter is great for nourishing the hair and sealing in moisturizers. I've recently started using this butter, and love it even more than the oil that I have been using for quite some time.


These are all products (except the avocado butter) that I have used for years, and replaced many times, so I'm giving you a list of items that work for me. I have some "new favorites," like Nexxus Phyto Organics Theratin and Humectin shampoo/conditioner, or the various Redken products that I have used on and off since before I was even natural.
