I hate popping pills, so I was wondering what are the best liquid vitamin supplements I can take to have healthy growing hair?

I don't know about liquid, but Whole Foods has a powdered multi-vitamin that I mix with OJ. It has biotin and protein (16g). Its one scoop a day and that's a wrap. I will never take another pill again!

buried treasure prenatal.
A good one should have at least 800mcg of folic acid

Miracle 2000 sold at GNC. It has everything you could ever want in a vitamin. It's in liquid form and mixes well with juice or you can take it alone.

Also Kroger's and CVS/Walgreens/RiteAid sell an excellent liquid vitamin in the vitamin aisle. It works for me. I saw results in energy level and hair growth.

Both of those liquid vitamins are for overall health.

I bought the Drinkables ultimate liquid multi-vitamin with minerals from Sam's Club. I am very pleased with it. I am on my third bottle.

Buried Treasures VM-100 is a good liquid multi-vitamin. It has a citrus taste. It's sold at health food stores (Here in my town we have The Apple Crate.) or it can be ordered off the net.

Don't know if this counts as vitamin supplement but there are some oils that are very good for the hair (skin, and nails) that you can add to your diet, they contain omega 3s and 6s. and you can usually add them to (protein) shakes or put on your salad or just gulp it if your not chicken like me!

Flaxseed oil is a popular one, you take 1tbsp daily. I take an oil blend made up of flax, sunflower, primrose oils.

EVitamin has a liquid hair, skin & nail vitamin. I mix it w/ a little Cranberry juice b/c its nasty but has some really good things in it..

I found this on the web a few weeks ago and I plan making it and I dont have hair loss. I don't have hair loss BUT I shed more during certain seasons, and this website has a plethora of information regarding hair/vitamins, etc.
