Liquid Lecithin in Shampoo or Conditioner

Anyone tried using liquid lecithin in 'poo or conditioner? If so, please give a review. I saw this in passing in another thread a few days ago (don't remember which now) and looked it up today -- I found that a lot of nexxus 'poos and conditioners have this ingredients (I love most nexxus products . . . well my HAIR loves them!); also something by Kiehl's called Lecithin Hair Masque. Anyone?

BTW, I've taking lecthin (both liquid and granules) for years as a nutrition boost to cereals, salads, gravies, breads, etc. I purchase from health food store or online.

Dear Neroli,
I have used that conditioner in the past it is awesome. I haven't used it in a long time. It left my hair feeling soft.

Thank you Bri. May ask an appoxtimation of your hairtype and whether it was natural or relaxed when you used? I am 4b relaxed. Thanks!
