Liquid fabric softener as a deep conditoner?

Sounds like an idea from a womens' prison or something. Since I'm free I'll just stick to conditioners in the hair care isle. But if I get locked up for some reason at least I could rest easy knowing this about frabic softener!

I bet in two years this thread will pop back up because somebody found a journal article on it saying it can make your hair grow and a "doctor" said it was safe. And then errrbody and they mama is gonna be tossing gallons of liquid fabric softener on their head.

If folks are putting Monistat and Horse treatments on their scalp then anything is possible. All that is just nasty.
