Ok, so I'm not completely ignorant of what they are, but I definitely could use some clarity. I know that ceramides are either fats or fatty acids that strengthen the protein bonds in skin and hair, or something like that, but I'm still not sure exactly what it is. Are all triglycerides ceramides, or are only certain fats and oils ceramides? Also, what makes a person know that a product has ceramides in it without the product mentioning it? I've read that Aubrey Organics (specifically the Honeysuckle Rose line) has ceramides and I believe I've read that Wheat Germ Oil is a ceramide. TIA lades :).
