Natural aloe vera gel is the business! I love that stuff for my skin. It's a great moisturizer. In Jamaica you can just pick that stuff from the side of the road and use it right then and there. I've never used it in my hair but I would imagine that you wouldn't need to wash it out. From what he said in the video it sounds like he was going to use it as a leave-in. I think he should seal it in with an oil though.
 
i use organic aloe vera gel but mixed in shea butter . Interesting. I love aloe vera jui ce and glycerin as spritz VERY moisturizing.
 
Warning: Not a conventional response: All that head shaking doesn't hurt his brain??? He's rattling his head around something FIERCE. Hopefully that aloe vera treatment was worth it :grin:.

Whenever I try some Aloe vera I'll think of him!
 
aloe vera is also used in cuba to treat vaginal itching :). People cut pill-sized bits,put them in the fridge to freeze and then apply.
Pure aloe vera juice is very good for the hair,it stinks though. Almost everyone I know has a sabila (aloe vera) plant in their homes.

I was thinking the same thing. When I do my wash and go's that shaking part is the part I dread because it hurts and if I shake to hard I do get a headache. Maybe his head was hurting but he's a man so he just took it.

I don't think Lenny is 4b. I think he is more 4a thick. I have met him in person :grin: plus I have seen videos of other people doing his hair. His hair is thick but it's more like a fina 4a. Really soft but can still hold a huge fro :rocker:

The reason why it looks so tight is because he doesn't comb his hair! This is a know fact :blush:

But when I was younger I would always get him (Lenny) and Maxwell mixed up all the time...

He is the perfect example of just because someone is half black and half-?, it doesn't mean that they will have "good hair". When I try to explain that, some people look at me like I'm crazy. Next time I'll just whip out a photo of Lenny. :yep: ​
 
^^^I think that's what makes him even more sexy is he is biracial with tightly coily hair.
