Leave-In Conditioning... Is it Important?

I feel that leavin-ins are iimportant to me and the health of my hair. But, if you dont think its working for you then stop using them for a month/monitor your hair ands see if the change is for the better.

I think that if you wash (or cowash) your hair less than every 3 days then a leave-in needs to be used to keep your hair moisturized.

when i wasnt using a leave in, my rollersets would come out so frizzy, dry, and dull. Now that i use lacio lacio that's not a problem anymore. so i will say a leave in is a must.
