This morning before leaving out I forgot to use a leave-in conditoner. I dampen my hair and couldn't believe the how curly my hair was at that time /images/graemlins/ooo.gif /images/graemlins/laugh.gif Anywhoo, I added creamy shea butter and aloe vera gel ( I knew I was missing something ...I just couldn't remember what it was).

I was just wondering how important is it to use a leave-in (daily) ?
Have any of you ever done this ??? /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I swear by leave-ins. I think that if you miss it ocassionaly, it's ok, but if you have been using it everyday and your hair is looking good, why stop using it?

Me either!!!

Does anyone have any good suggestions for leave in conditioners...

I might try the slarem...but the infusium leave in was not good unless my hair was in cornrows under my weave

I never found a leave in that my hair likes either. I co wash every day...so oils and CD's Hair milk work just fine for me.

Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave In - This is excellent creamy leave-in

Motion Leave-In - Is a great liquid leave in

/images/graemlins/wink.gifMe too!

I have three leave-in recommendations (actually 4)

-Giovanni Direct
-Abba Nourishing
-Bumble and Bumble (kinda expensive though, so I'd try the first two first).

Also, I've recently been using the One Condition, which is from the Devachan salon in NYC. It is amazing... it doubles as a conditioner and a leave-in. You can buy it at Naturallycurly.com.

Good luck!

I like Suave Awapuhi as a creamy leave-in. My favorite liquid leave-in is Biolage Leave-in Tonic. I also like Pantene's leave-ins.

Lacio Lacio and Salerm 21 gets my vote.

I have both of these, and I like them both. I like Salerm 21 more.

I only use a leave in when my hair is freshly washed. My favorites are Nexxus Headdress and Salerm 21. Liquid leave ins do nothing for my hair and make my hair take longer to air dry. I have tried the Headress by itself and it is great, but I like to mix it with Salerm 21 because it adds some extra softness.
