I'm talking about the Silk Elements that I believe has the word Cholesterol in the name. It's yellow in a jar just like Le Kair - not the mega silk treatment. There are 3 Silk Elements - Mega Silk, Luxury Moisturizing and the Yellow one I'm talking about - also a great cheapie.

Yeah, that's what happened with the Pantene Breakage Defense Mask when CVS stopped carrying it. They led people to believe it was being discontinued. They have an in-house Ellin Lavar Textures Mask they wanted people to buy instead for 5 oz for between $8-5 depending on if its on sale.

Yea, you are right. I believe CVS just got an exclusivity deal with Ellin Lavar's brand. I saw it in the paper.

It's when I hear things like this that my desire to transition to using all natural organic hair products is fortified. I can't keep dealing with the best inexpensive products for our hair always discontinuing everytime I turn around. This is not good.

I hear you aggie. This is one of my staples. I will be transitioning to all natural soon. I am glad to see it is not discontinued but that was a close call.
