LADIES WITH BANGS (CHECK IN PLEASE)

Hello ladies I just wanted to know how many of you have bangs?.....Do you like them?.......How do you keep them up?......Do they bother you in the summer?.....Does it intefere with other hairstyles you like to wear?

I really want to cut my bangs (chinese cut bangs) but I sweat alot and I'm scared they are gonna be stuck to my forehead all the time....although I do plan to get botox injections in my head (and arms) to keep from sweating.....I also like to change my styles up alot.....

Hello. I have bangs and I love them but I'm letting them grow out now. When I first cut them they were a little below my eyebrows and I would trim them every 2 weeks or every month. It's a little annoying maintenance wise but it's worth it because it's an easy way to change ur look without doing anything too drastic. They do bother me in the summer because I wear my hair curly 99% of the time so when I straighten it, it would get stuck to my forehead from sweating but I ended up clipping them back. It doesn't interfere with any of my hairstyles for the most part bc I wear my hair in a bun most of the time so when I do wear the bangs it makes me look better LOL. ...uhhh yea...this is why i'm thinking of cutting bangs yet again. i keep going back and forth. i'll cut em...then grow...cut em...then grow. (im currently growing my old bangs out now in my avatar) I've been bang free for the last 2 years....and i love not having that hair on my forehead cuz it would break my face out...but i also hate my forehead...so if i do end up cutting bangs now...i'll do really thin ones

I cut them like in Feb or March right above the eyebrow and they were alright but I hardly wore them out and it was a nuisance when I wanted a pull back style.
Now they reach the top of my lip.

Hi. Yeah, I gots to have my bangs. Whether they be swept to the side or just laid in the front. I think I have a big forehead even though people say that I don't. It doesn't look like Tyra banks though. I am trying to grow my bangs longer. I have cut and recut due to breakage in the past and now it's growing out healthier. Even when I wear synthetic braids, I have to have a braid bang. It's pitiful.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaI remember my bangs I use to have ....when I texlaxed it was blending well with my hair when it was curly and when straight it was hot ...I remember I had to trim it on a regular basis ...seeing all those pics...I miss bangs but my goal is not to keep bangs but to grow my hair long in the front as the hair in the back is longer.....BANGS ARE HOT ...aghhh running out of this thread before I do something crazy with my natural hair.

Well judging by your siggy pics, your forehead isn't big IMO.

I currently do have bangs...chinese cut bangs and I hate them! I had my hair cut a while back and the bangs still have grown out yet .. I mean there cute and all but all that moisture in my hair causes pimples on my forehead like no tommarow. And it doesn't suit face shape

I recently cut some damage off my bangs but I usually keep my bangs swept to the side. I say keep your bangs, you can always have many more styling options.

I did chinese style bangs in May and I HATE them. They just never look good no matter what I do. It takes to much manipulation just to get them looking ok and now my bangs are getting damaged. I'm growing them out but it's bad now cuz there at the akward phase where they don't blend with the rest my hair.

Sorry I got to this late. I had trouble finding all the threads that I've posted on again.
I very rarely straighten my hair. The only time i'd do it is when I want to do a length check. I distribute shea butter throughout the hair then I straighten with my curling iron on a very low setting.

I have bangs, and I love them. They make me look really edgy. In the summer, I clip them back if I am just walking around or jogging. I don't really wear my hair with my bangs much, but when I do, they look really cute. They are growing out now, and I am going to let them grow. I like long wispy hair, but they are fun now. I wanted my bangs to be more like Ashley Simpson's bangs. I didn't want them to be blunt and hard; I wanted soft and sweet looking.

I really hate bangs, but only because my mom accidentally dropped a curling iron on my forehead in 9th grade. And they're too much maintenance. I became very lazy and it started looking very stringy and nasty looking like so



if you can manage it then go for it. but if you're the type that likes to wet and go i wouldn't recommend it.

Your bangs are cute, so thick and full. I like sweeping mine, the little that I have, to the side too.
