Ladies who braid their own hair

How did you learn, and can you explain the process??

I can sorta do it, but my braid always slides down from the new growth/ scalp.

Help.

Learned from watching other people getting their hair braided at a salon, then practiced on my dolls and my sister. Practice makes perfect and no one starts off doing them well. Most of us went through what you're going through. Just keep trying to do them better and the skill will come.

I only seen a few tutorials and so far i like the tutorials from this girl i find i understand this tutorial (im still looking thogh) - check it out, hopefully it gives you an idea.
