Ladies, what is the idea temperature for a silk wrap?

I'm about to use my pibbs dryer for the first time. My hair is wrapped in saran wrap ready to go.

I just would like to know what temp to set the pibbs for those who are experienced at using this method. Thanks

I've never done this method but when I dry up under pibbsy I use 50. HTH - I know not really.
