I have seen so many threads about Surge, so I decided that i'm going to give it a try. I have not found it in my local area, so i'm going to buy it online (I do this with most of my hair products.) I wanted to make sure that i got the right product..

To my understanding...it is the Hair Revitalizer Plus 14.

I was wondering..on average, how much does this product cost? Does Surge contain alcohol?
