Ladies that have left KeraCare Humecto...

What did you replace it with? I just dunno, but I'm starting to not like Humecto so hot... It also seems as if you all don't love it like you used to. Design Essentials, maybe? I don't wanna try Silicon Mix b/c of the ingredients... So any suggestions? TIA! Getting things right for 2K7 !

I jumped ship to Aveda Damage Remedy Conditioner and I haven't looked back. In fact I've replaced pretty much all of my Keracare stuff (and I was a DIEHARD Keracare girl so there was a lot of stuff to replace) with Aveda products. The cost balances out for me because Aveda is so concentrated that a little really goes a long way, which could not be said for the increasingly runny Humecto.erplexed

I left Keracare Humecto (in da tub) after two years for Motions Moisture Plus (I've seen the 5 lb tub range in price from 15-18 in nyc)

I left Keracare Hydrating Detangling for Breakthru Shampoo (alternating with a Jasons Natural poo and Phytospecific Intense Nutrition )

My hair has greatly improved in the past 6 months by removing some products that I was using.

It's ironic ya'll mentioning Moisture Plus. I pre-pooed with it today, and my hair felt so good afterwards I almost didn't wanna do anything else! I saw a 2lb tub at Sally's for 12-ish. I've still got a good 4-4 1/2 lbs of my tub of Humecto left, so I'll see what happens from there. Thanks again, ladies!

I'm not sure if I'm leaving it yet but I have been alternating with Aubrey Organics products (GPB & Honeysuckle rose. I'm liking the Aubrey Organics so I might switch but I'm not sure yet.

I'm considering leaving Humecto cause it just seems to be getting runnier and runnier. It's obviously not as thick as when I started using it.

I was happy when the huge tub was finally finished. I am now using Aveda DR and Aubrey Organics conditioners. I also use Mane and tAil as a leave in when my hair is feeling weak.

I have a tub of keracare and I still love it but I alternate between different conditioners BUT I'm going to get me some Aveda products next month...when I run into some extra change I'm tired of hearing the raves about Aveda....as my 3 year old say..."I gotta get that"
