It actually never claimed to be natural, that was just the name of it. Same as organix never claimed to be organic.

"Damn!" is right. I know I've purchased more than 10 during my product junky days, but I don't have receipts. The only receipt I have is for the last 10 I bought from Jet.com when they were discontinued.

So what is the suit about? That's it's not all natural? I never thought it was a natural product just that it didn't have cones in it. I knew it couldn't be natural with all the slip I get from it. I stopped using it because I like Aussie Moist better.

It looks prett real to me. I have a friend who complained to me that it's not natural so she didn't understand the name, but left it at that. I guess it's subject to interpretation and it seems like Tresseme had no way to defend otherwise?

No. nothing sold by Unilever is as far as I know. the word natural in these kinds of products is a gimmick

I like the new Botanique line, I use the coconut based conditioner.
