I relaxed today at 13 weeks post. My last relaxer(mild lye) left me VERY underprocessed in the back, so this time after touching up NG(reg lye) I pulled the relaxer through the ends for the last 5 mins. After neutralizing and DC'ing i went to rollerset and noticed i was STILL underprocessed in the back, but not as much as before. I rollerset anyway, and after it was dry, i wrapped it. The front was nice, sleek, smooth and shiny, the back-well not even close.

I say all that to ask should i do a corrective next week this time?? In my regimen i relax-wait 2 weeks-wear a sew in for 8-rest 2 more-and relax again(12 weeks, sometimes more) So what I would do is Corective next week-followed by a DC with ORS Mayo, then install the following week. Does this sound good to you all?? TIA

Thank you for your response!!! So- you think i should just do the sew-in and correct it my next TO??

i think if you are going to wear a sew in anyway - why chance the damage to your hair by doing a corrective so soon.
