Hey ladies I have just been scammed I believe by a lady named Tracee. I went to JUJUHAIR.Com and ordered a lacefront wig for $335 through paypal and spoke with this lady and conversed via email before I decided to purchase this wig. She was very nice and seemed professional. Well this was ordered on Wednesday priority mail and she lives in Los Angeles and I was guaranteed delivery by tuesday im in San Francisco. Now I asked her to give me the tracking info which she did, and I called and was told no such tracking #. I feel so stupid and sad that I just got RIPPED OFF by this person. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what I can do??
 
Filed an unrecieved dispute with Paypal, they will make her prove that she sent it and if she cannot prove it, your money will be refunded.


Go........go on now- get to Paypal.com and file the dispute.

You should be protected though paypal. Contact them for reimbursement of funds.
 
ChocolateDiva is right. I've been through it before with another merchant, and PayPal refunded all of my money.

However, do you think she could have given you the wrong tracking number by mistake? Have you tried contacting her again?
 
Oh wow, I hate people that trys to scam others, it only bites them in the butt later down the line, then they have to ask their self was it worth it.
 
Okay ladies so she finally responded via email for me to call her and I did. She said she had given me the wrong tracking #. She gave me another tracking # I checked it out and it says processed so we will see.. I hope and pray I was wrong but you never know so... Thanks to all of you for your concern and help I will most definitely keep you posted hopefully with good news im going to pray on it for sure.
 
Just in case, Mizzy, did you pay with a credit card or through your bank account?

I ask because if the recipient does not have money in their account; Paypal will not refund your money. So, to be safe and SECURE, it's best to you use your credit card for payments through Paypal.

I had a problem with a seller way back, and I couldn't get my money eventhough I "won the case in the dispute", I had to go through my credit card company in order to get my refund.

BTW, I do hope you were wrong; and that you get your stuff.
