Lace front regimen

Hello. I just purchased a lace front wig to assist me in my transition. I need help with developing a regimen. Of course the goal is to become healthy, natural hair. But my question is how do I care for it with the wig? I am aware that some of you ladies rock them. So please share. How often do you 'poo and apply TLC to your own hair? Please share your regimen. I wash and condition every 2 weeks. I apply with tape now and a stocking cap making sure the tape doesnt get on my hairline. I dont attach the back so I can flip it up and moisturize if necessary.

As for my wig its a wash and deep condition also..usually once a week.
