You beat me! I was trying to get in here to post this.

I bought:
2 jars of R&N breakage defense mask
Head and Shoulders intense solutions for dry and damaged hair
2 Suave honeydew conditioner ($0.54)
2 different Nexuss shampoos
Organix vanilla conditioner
1 Suave professionals conditioner

Some stuff had been as much as $18, I didn't buy anything over $3. They also had a lot of Garnier, Dove, and Neutrogena on clearance too.

I'm going back today to get some more of the Head and Shoulders, it was $9.99 and I paid $2 and something for it. Maybe more of the Nexus stuff too, or I'll be mad at myself later. (They have Aloe Rid for $2.49, and I left that at the store, thinking I did not need it right now ).

I have this R&N breakage defense mask on right now, when I rinse it off, if I like it, I will get some more of that too.

No, I think Kroger's may just be clearing their shelves for new shipments. They have a sale like this a couple of times a year.
