Know a good cornrow w/ extensions tutorial?

Like the title suggests, I am looking for a tutorial on cornrows with extensions...I just took out my own kinky twists (which I learned to do myself!) and I am hell-bent on conquering these cornrows during this three-day weekend (because it's raining and I'm sick and I'm not going anywhere!)...

Although I haven't done it, if I were to learn how to cornrow with extensions, I'd learn the Feed-in Method described in Diane Carol Bailey and Jamie Rhines Jones's book: Cornrow Extensions (Feed-in Method) (Use the arrows at the top to move from page to page. Scrolling is kinda tricky if you're not particularly steady and are like yours truly .)

Thanks OP for starting thread & thanks to Nonie for always coming thru with excellent tips and advice. I'm tired of paying $$ to people who do a poor job on dd's hair. I figure if it's not gonna look good, then shoot I could do it myself.
